Heather Maldonado is the founder of HM Interiors, a full-service interior design/build contracting firm with a focus on residential remodeling. Heather is dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces with a personalized touch. Originally from Colorado, she moved to Arizona to pursue her interior design degree and build a career in residential design. With years experience working for some of the largest home builders in their design centers, she saw an opportunity to offer a more client-focused approach.

In 2017, she launched HM Interiors, growing it into a thriving business that her husband later joined as project manager. As a licensed contractor and REALTOR®, she brings a deep understanding of both design and the real estate market, ensuring every project enhances not only the beauty of a home but also its long-term value. Together, she and her husband take a hands-on approach to every project, prioritizing quality craftsmanship, seamless execution, and exceptional service.

Dan is the project manager at HM Interiors, bringing years of experience in construction design and development. With a background in landscape architecture and project management, he has a deep understanding of both structure and aesthetics. However, his true passion lies in hands-on craftsmanship and client care. Dan thrives on bringing designs to life, ensuring each project is executed with precision and quality. His commitment to excellence and personalized service makes him an integral part of the HM Interiors team, where he works closely with clients to turn their vision into reality.

When Dan and Heather are not focused on transforming homes, they stay busy with their four children, balancing family life with their passion for creating dream spaces for their clients.
